I’d say a cute aspect of Oikawa was shown during his first anime appearance, when he came to say “I’m going to crush you, Tobio-chan”. Because, wasn’t he waiting at the gate!? He had to get there before Karasuno left. That was way too adorable. Now that I think about it, he was really cute in that scene wasn’t he? He was trying to act cool the whole time and even prepared such a long speech.
