What I love about this is that Tony looks at the problem, listens to Pepper, and doesn’t throw money at them, but finds a way to make Happy feel valuable and needed.

Not To Be That Person™ but “when Tony left him behind” kinda irks me even if it prolly wasn’t intended to do that. Tony told him to get out of the fight before it got him killed (aka he cared), and I don’t think Pepper knew everything that was happening since her & Tony had already broken up at that point. So if this were to happen, it’d be more like “when Pepper inevitably had to pick him up in Germany because Tony called her mid-Bucky-chase to make sure Peter had someone to get him safely back home”
